The money bag, as you may have guessed, is a bag of money which is randomly placed on certain days, with clues announced as to its location and value. Money bags start at the same time each day, however don't run every day. Every money bag awards a certain amount of cash to the player who finds and collects it, approximately $20000 to around $150000. As a reasonably simple and fun way of earning money, many players track money bags when they are active.

Once a money bag has started, clues are given at intervals throughout the game day. The following lists the corresponding times and events of money bags:

• 02:00 - The money bag is reset. This event doesn't always happen, there won't be a money bag every day. The amount of money in the bag is announced at this time.
• 10:00 - The first clue is given. This clue tells all players which of the three major cities the bag is closest to. (eg. San Fierro)
• 18:00 - The second clue tells everyone which region it's in. (eg. Mulholland)
• 22:00 - The third clue will tell you the player who is closest to the bag.
• 01:00 - The last clue tells you how far away you are from the bag, in metres.
• Note #1: Interactive clues such as the closest player and the distance from the money bag can be refreshed via /mb.(eg. Vmoney)
• Note #2: If at 02:00 the day after the money bag has commenced (1 game hour after the last clue) the money bag will no longer be active. At this time it may either disappear or change location, in which case the process starts again.

All revealed clues can be shown when a money bag is active via /mb, along with the current value of the bag.

Note that the money bag has over 500 possible locations that it can spawn at. While some players may be familiar with past money bags, there is no way to determine the location other than searching from the clues. No admin or player can pinpoint any money bag location, so don't ask!
