Summary
As known by some, there used to be a bot called Anna on the SACNR IRC Channel. In tribute to her, we created a chat bot NPC for server who is also called Anna. She can answer questions about SACNR, and randomly says stuff every few minutes.
Help database
As of 11th of September 2009, she had about 30-40 responses, but there are always more being added. Anna is mainly a help bot, but she can say fun stuff too! Here is an example of the sort of question Anna can answer:
What is business income? Business income is a stable income, which you receive every 40 minutes if you own a business.
Note that she doesn't answer to exact phrases - she answers to certain sequences of words, so she'll answer to "Where can I buy drug plants?" with the same sentence as if you asked her "wHerE drug plAnt?".
