Summary
In SACNR, you can be a civilian and be able to plant drugs in pretty much anywhere throughout SACNR, you must wait for the drugs to grow as a plant and then harvest it. You can use the drugs to regain health and you are able to store them in your house.
Planting
To plant drugs, you need to find a spot high enough above sea level, type /plant. Each plant must be a certain distance away from other plants, or building entrances. You can not plant drugs indoors. Drug plants take about 30 minutes to grow.
Harvesting
When you get an 'overgrown plant' warning, you need to harvest the drugs before they reach 250 grams. If they reach 250 grams they will die, so back to your drug plant(s), walk into the red marker and type 1 into the chat box to harvest the drugs.
Stealing/Confiscating
If you are a cop and you find a drug plant, you can confiscate it by walking into it and typing 1 into the chat box. You will receive a cash bonus for doing so. If you are a civilian, you can steal other players drugs by walking into the red marker.
