NPCs (non playing characters) are a SA:MP 0.3 feature. They allow "bots" to follow recorded paths. SACNR has 4 different types of bots:

Aircraft - Flies the AT-400 passenger planes to each city. There are 3 of these.
Trains - Drives the trains from stop to stop. There are 3 of these.
Buses - Drives buses around the 3 SACNR bus routes. Buses are free to travel on. There are 3 of these.
Anna - Chat bot. Has answers to a wide range of questions, and randomly says things sometimes. Is known to be mean. There is only one Anna.
