Guys, it's all fine. cop shot a guy with a gun last week and there were protests which escalated with looting.
coz people were seeming to get away with it, copycat looting happened and idiots were caught.

Although this seems like a good deterent I think it would cause problem's, If people are even poorer it would drive up crime rates yet again, There's already way too many street robberies in london and if these kind of troublemakers dont have any way to get cash at all you can expect to see alot more ^^ brit prisons are overcrowded as it is, So half of them dont even end up in jail... And when they do they are released ahead of thier planned release date (especially when thier non-violent offences)
