Hello!

For a long time, SACNR has used a donating system which allows any player to donate 8 EUR, and then never have to donate again. Although this is very simple and easy for the players, it is not very financially viable.

We have used this system for almost 3 years, but after a lot of consideration, we have decided to look for alternatives. The current system is flawed in the way that hosting costs are recurring, yet donations are not. This means that monthly donations fluctuate a lot, and sometimes we have failed to make enough money on time, resulting in us having to ask desperately for donations or borrow money.

What we are proposing is a subscription system, so you pay a certain amount every year to have donator status. This would give SACNR a more reliable and predictable future, and help ensure that SACNR doesn't shut down due to lack of funds.

We would like you to consider all the options and give this system a fair chance, and we want to see what you have to say. So fill out the form below and let us know!

I already filled out the survey, but I forgot this.

When I donated to SACNR, conditions were that I would never have to pay again to keep my Donator Status, well, that should be respected (In case that this new system be implemented).

Actually, those conditions were never specified anywhere. And we will not refund donations for any reason.

However if a system like this was introduced, all current donators would keep their status for at least 1 year.

We all know those conditions were published in SACNR.com/donate, also, were deleted with the time, but currently, those conditions are published in the Help Section, and the Help Section was written according and in relation with the webpage (sacnr.com/donate). Also, I'm not asking for a refund, because I respect the conditions agreed when I donated to SACNR

Maybe I didnt donate when those conditions were published (and yeah, I will have to donate a certain ammount of money per yer if I want to keep my donator status), but some players should keep their donating status forever, because they've donated when those conditions were valid. Just saying. If this helps SACNR to stay alive, then is welcome (:

Cant Agree with u cuz i have donated abt last year so it,s hard to get donated again i disagree we should keep our donator status :(

I agree, but I also agree with this idea. I think that a donator status should last for about a year, BUT, you still keep a small text on your profile that says you donated at least once to the server, maybe a new rank for the subscriptions and the ones who donated once can keep their donator status.

I know it is essential, but we can encourage people to donate to the server, rather than forcing them.

I don't think anyone gets forced to donate.
You don't HAVE TO donate to the server.
You can play here without donating money, but also without any of the donators benefits then.

For myself I got to say, I don't think that spending a few euros every year on a donation would hurt that much. (Especially if you play on this server regularly)

Can;t do this, poor-fags like myself will instantly lose status's and I don't want that to happen. If I was working and independent, I assure you I would have, but sadly, that not being the case, I can't. Sorry SACNR..

We rent out a whole dedicated server. Slots are arbitrary, and cost nothing. An 800 slot server costs us the same as a 10 slot server.

more real money and forced to pay = less donations i think so, if u wanna earn more money to keep the server runing you should give 1 week of donator status trial that would be cool

I think if this system is implemented, the money being donated will not differ alot from the money being donated right now.

If this is applied, all previous donaters who lose their donator status should be able to keep the features like dual wielding, at the least.

SACNR is the best server on the hosted list. It will not be anymore if every on got forced to pay.
Life without donator status is not a life tbh.

Ok, i don't agree with this.
More donations = less players. Not everyone can donate every year, many will leave the server because are more donations. So Blacklite, if you do this would be a mistake.

This method is not good i have donated once but cant donate again and again i dont have enough money to donate and by this peaple may leave server so In my recommendation this method should not be done

Its not right way by this method this server will get borring and less people will play on this as without donator status all things r______ so dont apply this survey

i agree, all users that have already paid should keep there status. I hate being under contract of donating again and again (even though its a year) All new donators must pay each year.

Anyone else read that this is for the good of the server? people complaining about people not playing if it switches to a subscription base, guess what, the server wont stay live if something isnt done.

For me, It's a bad idea.

I think for each donator year, players should get new Benefits. Like be able to buy some other weapons like grenade - the Japanese sword (Katana) - Spraycan - Flame Thrower - Molotov Cocktail or the Baseball Bat

This would not bored players of donating and getting always the same things (Benefits)

It'd be cool do the same with some vehicles, of course. Not the Tank war, the hydra or the Helicopter war or the Nascar car.
Think about the Sanchez, Kart, Race Bike, or the bloodring banger.

Personally I think this would be a very good idea. I don't understand why players can't donate for this. I know how much the hosting costs and myself would never be able to afford that monthly, however SACNR is like a second virtual home to me. And I would hate to see it go after so long playing.

Esta bien asi aseguramos el futuro de SACNR, quizas cada 5 meses o cada 1 año, pero deberia de ampliar las formas de pago en los paises latinoamericanos, por ejemplo en venezuela, en mi caso no seria facil conseguir 50 o 60m seria muy dificil para pagar mi donador, pagar por via sms en venezuela seria estupendo, muy muy bien

Most of you guys probably buy 40,50 and 60 € games for Ps3 , Xbox..this games are usually played for half a year(maximum)..Noone is making you pay in this server, so you can play for free..If you want to become a donnor, whats the matter with paying 8€ and beeing able to play 1 whole year as it..?

although this new form of payment would have to put it to new users, because it's true what they say [BN] ElFreaK, clear whether it is applied
