SA-MP Live now has official forums! If you don't already know, SA-MP Live is a modification to SA:MP. It currently allows you to do all of the following from in-game:
- Browse the web with tabbed browsing, and a modern Webkit browser (not like Xfire's crappy IE frame)
- Add, remove, and chat with friends in private messages or groups
- Automatically track what servers you play and how much time you spend on each server
Future features (these could be in the first release... I'm not sure yet, I'll have to ask StrickenKid):
- Connect to and chat on IRC networks
- Have a fully-featured music player to listen to music in-game
- Take screenshots (and maybe videos) and automatically upload them to our servers
The biggest difference between SA-MP Live and Xfire or Steam, is the server integration (which is currently under construction). Server owners will be able to add a plugin to their server to interact with SA-MP Live's servers, and do the following:
- Restrict access to their servers to anyone who isn't using SA-MP Live, or restrict access to certain SA-MP Live usernames
- Use SA:MP Live to authenticate users on their server instead of using their own registration system
- Save players stats to SA-MP Live's servers, which they can then show on their user profiles, or generate sigs to display on forums
It's possible that the server API functions might not come with the first release, but they will definitely come later down the track.

Not yet. We need to work on making it as stable, compatible, and secure as possible before we make a public release. Some SACNR Admins are currently trialling it.

Sir, I want to say that the website of samplive is good and also has a good speed good transfer rate but it all goes down and lowers in the case when i open the Forums. The forums are extremely Slow. And also i am also waiting for the samplive. :)
